The Reporting and Analysis’s main role is:
• Helping the concerned managers to enhance performance by determining Warehouse Operation Analysis.
• Issuing the general business reports from the system including the essential figures, especially the critical ones, in order to be analyzed.
• Communicating and Investigating/Justifying results to the concerned Division Managers and mainly providing suggestions based on the corresponding findings.
• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Consist of supervising the workflow of the operation team concerning day-to-day transactions.
In addition, the responsibility for the ERP/WMS execution
• General Knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow.
• Support various Departments/Divisions

• Reporting and Analysis for various types of business reports that could impact results.
• Generate the KPI’s targets for the Holding
• Transactions Execution Control/Discrepancy Exercises
• Managing the Logistics Operation Transactions
• WMS/AX Execution
• Reshuffling and team Supervision

1- Report and Analysis Coordination:
- Design Business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department
- Perform the needed reports from the ERP and WMS in order to monitor the workflow of the Logistics department including warehouses and operations.
- Generate KPIs and reports on Warehouse performance
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
- Oversee inventory procedures
- Help the operation team with the daily work to facilitate the workflow.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisors with their pending issues such as sales or system problems.
- Coordinate with the Commercial department and Inventory Control regarding the new procedures in the Operations workflow.
- Follow up on all complaints in order to ensure good customer service.

2- Transactions Execution Control:
- Check and approve all transfers to damage sites in all warehouses executed by the operation team.
- Control the stock adjustment before and after execution to avoid any errors and discrepancies.
- Monitor the offers assembly before their execution to ensure the right product assembly.
- Monitor the return execution following the Logistics Operations procedures.
- Monitor and approve all the “Bon de Commande” of PLV (No value) following the company’s procedures in order to coordinate with the Inventory Control and Finance departments.
- Perform end-of-month closing transactions for HOLDAL.

3- WMS Execution:
- Execute adjustments in parallel between ERP and WMS for work consistency.
- Execute items internal transfers using WMS.
- Compare ERP and WMS inventory stock in order to avoid discrepancies.
- Perform bulk adjustments using WMS for damaged site in order to effectively demolish damaged items.
- Issue expiry dates reports in order to send them to the concerned parties to control stocks.

4- Team Supervision:
- Conduct training for the team, in order to implement the AX process accurately and proceed with the procedure guidance.
- Monitor the coordinator located at our 3 PL’s.
- Supervise and train the team in order to lead them towards achievements of targets.
- Delegate tasks effectively to others and ensure that they have the needed skills to succeed in order to have an effective and efficient flow of activities.

1. Services Coordination & Control:

 Approve decisions and requests on behalf of the Admin Manager in his absence, according to agreed guidelines and policies.
 Ensure proper recyclable waste disposal in order to help maintaining a green environment.
 Check the cafeteria’s daily services for HOLDAL and L’Oreal in order to confirm the invoiced items.
 Handle the parking issues to ensure proper parking spot distribution.
 Follow-up and approve on the general requests from the stores to ensure proper workflow.
 Manage the employees’ access control system (reports + procedures) in order to provide clarifications or history activities whenever required.
 Follow-up and prepare Tenant Contracts and reports to guarantee a good service.
 Update HOLDAL’s phone numbers and extensions and properly segment telephone in order to provide employees with updated information.
 Provide monthly reports (environment, electricity, invoice, bills, maintenance, generator, fuel, budget and access card) to the concerned department in order to collect data history and provide needed information.
 Sign daily the invoices in order confirm pre-set prices/deals.
 Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned (filing, photocopies etc.) in order to facilitate the workflow.
 Follow-up on daily reception and security guard issues in order to resolve any conflict.
 Update employees with any memo concerning administrative issues.
 Prepare Administrative procedures (Safety, Firefighting/ escape, building access, request, access card…) in order to describe and define the procedures at HOLDAL group.
 Follow-up and coordinate new projects in order to guarantee a proper implementation.
 Follow-up and maintain the insurance file for insurance coverage purposes.
 Keep the files organized and archived for easy access and history.
 Follow-up with the cleaning team according to set schedules throughout the entire premises
2. Non-Good Procurement:

 Search and compare Non-Goods items prices versus quality in order to get the best offers/deals.
 Keep an updated Non-Goods catalog in order to provide employees with an easy access on products prices and specs.
 Use effectively the procurement software and provide users with trainings and support when needed.
 Control and track the consumed quantity of non-goods for yearly consumption study and evaluation.
3. Facility Management Contracts:

 Maintain annual third party contracts updated for HOLDAL Group (Security, CCTV, Catering, Cleaning, General Maintenance, fire Alarm, Landscaping, UPS, Cold Room, Telephone…)
 Follow-up and coordinate with third party to ensure the work achievement, quality, service and on time schedule.
 Optimize third party performance and offers to get the best deals.
 Ensure the third party report submission following to each maintenance/repair/activity for better follow-up and tracking.
