As an Information Systems & Software Engineer with over seven years of experience, I have designed, implemented, and supported robust web-based systems for a diverse range of clients, including development partners and regulatory bodies. My core responsibility involves translating complex operational needs into functional digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and organisational efficiency.

In my most recent role with the National Bureau for NGOs on a USAID-linked initiative, I designed a comprehensive Information Management System (IMS) and strategically planned a major archive digitalisation project. This included drafting technical specifications and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the project aligned with donor requirements.

A significant portion of my career has been dedicated to developing tailored management systems. I have created specialised systems including a Property Management System for MSS Holdings, which streamlined front office operations and financial reporting. For a hospital in the DRC, I developed a web-based system that digitised medical records and improved financial management. A recurring achievement has been the development of Applicant Tracking Systems for several labour export companies in Uganda and Kenya, where I managed recruitment workflows for international markets and provided critical end-user support.
