* Design and implement network infrastructure
for new office/site projects
* Manage and provide network and server
related support for different companies inside
and outside Rezayat Group which includes but
not limited to Active Directory, File Storage
Servers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and
Wireless Access Points, IP Telephones
* Resolves escalated issues from IT Support
specialists and coordinate with supplier and/or
Technical Assistance Centers
* Designs and creates proposals for ICT related
projects which includes but not limited to local
area networks, servers, RFID and security
surveillance systems, IP telephone systems
* Plan, Coordinate and Executes Corporate ICT
Projects (Internal and External Companies) and
(Inside and Outside the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia)
* Gathers user/company requirements and
recommend the best suited solution based on
best practices and corporate policies
Lead ICT Support Specialist
Rezayat IT and Communications Company
* Create and assign helpdesk tickets through
OTRS helpdesk system
* Maintain and improve ICT asset inventory
across the Rezayat Group of companies
* Provide ICT support for end-users of different
companies inside and outside Rezayat Group
* Ensure free flow of operations involving IT
