client/consultant and prepare RFI (if necessary) for the missing details required. Prepare quantity take-off with the arrangement of BOQ using MS excel and preliminary pricing using causeway. Sending enquiries to the necessary supplier or subcontractor for the missing items for build up of rates. Prepare commercial and technical offer as per the company format and sending it to the client. Following-up the client/consultant for the status of the offer we submitted. Technical Engineer - Prepare documents for submission to consultant / client such as Material Submittals, Prequalification, Method statements, RFI, ITP, and Quality Plan for work to be executed and Follow-up for the approvals. Checking all the materials to be use and shall be as per approved documents. Coordinate with the project site team for the materials needed at site and let them send a Material Requisition Form. Sending Enquiry to the listed supplier/ new supplier. Preparation of Bid Summaries as per the ISO format form of the company and checking for discounted and final price from the supplier/subcon. Sending Local Purchase Order (LPO) to the approved supplier/subcon. Arrangement of payment for the supplier/subcon and coordinating it with the accounts department. Ensure that materials/services shall be as per the agreed LPO. Preparation of shop drawings for client / dm / consultant approval including detailing as per approved documents and specifications. doing site visits to check the correct measurement and to know the site condition for the coordination with the shop drawings. providing assistant at site if needed (such as being a part time site engineer, QA/QC and preparing payment application if needed)
