• Carry out an effective marketing function to promote MBS courses in the specific allocated region.
• Oversee the work with recruiting agents in the allocated region to boost student enrollment.
• Prepare a semester, half yearly and annual marketing plan.
• Ensure that the allocated regional targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the institution.
• Provide customer service directly through a range of media, including face to face, emails and phone (telemarketing function)
• Provide advice, assistance and support to prospects and clients in accessing various materials including but not limited to course brochures, course fees, application forms, information about other services offered by the school and others.
• Contribute to the development, documentation of guidelines, standards for delivery of front office service including collecting, presenting statistics, and reporting on student enrollment and other potential clients.
• Organize open days, workshops and school visits with the objectives of students’ enrollment.
• Track direct enrollment of the recruitment agents in specific allocated region and focus their benefits according to their terms.
• Work with media houses to promote MBS.
• Carryout regular internal surveys to establish the perception and attitude of clients towards MBS and assist in the development of customer service policy for the entire organization.
• Report to seniors on a regular on regular basis as well as compile semester, half semester yearly and annual reports on the regular marketing activities carried out.
• Perform any other duty that may be assigned to me from time to time by management.
