• Supervise the whole area of Cavite, Philippines with 45 stores in 9 different National Key Accounts composed of the leading Supermarkets and Hypermarkets in the country.
• Achieve target sales per store and improve sales growth.
• Decrease BO rate and report information regarding store RTV.
• Lead and motivate my team composed of the Area Coordinator and merchandisers.
• Research and gather information on competitor and store activity and upcoming store openings.
• Cooperates with the Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Support Group through sharing of relevant information regarding buying behaviour of consumers, competitors’ product information, product acceptance, sales updates, status of merchandisers and other related issues.
• Cooperates with Marketing and Merchandising Group in delivering all the promotions and tactical strategies.
• Ensure that products and all tactical materials are displayed properly in the selling floor with high visibility.
• Suggests products for pipeline and listing per store if deemed profitable.
• Manages different range of products present in the store per account and conducts study on its profitability and sales.
• Strive to achieve dominant product display on the shelves while considering the Planogram.
• Check if products in selling area have correct shelf tag, with updated price, clean and displayed according to the category direction.
• Negotiate and cooperate with Store Managers and Supervisors in highlighting products with most promising profitability and value to consumers.
• Manages new store opening to make sure the availability of products. Attend store openings and conduct documentation.
• Receive and assist clients regarding their inquiries via face to face for walk-ins, email and over the phone.
• Resolve issues and advises clients on the services applicable to their concern.
• Coordinate concern on the Department or Personnel involved.
• Manage client profiling, service documentation and encoding of data in the system.
• Call clients to verify satisfaction on the service provided to them.
• Offer promotion and other marketing activity via face to face interaction, email and over the phone.
• Contribute ideas to the After- Sales Team on how to improve customer visits and customer satisfaction.
• Call clients to remind about billing and encourage early payment.
• Assist clients with payment thru the use of their credit/debit card.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues regarding billing and computation.
• Follow up clients with concern and cascade issue to the department involved.
• Gather information and track hard to reach clients with overdue account.
• Effectively use all data of clients to easily communicate.
• Create ticket regarding issues and actions taken during the call.
• Submit report on call productivity and effectiveness on a daily basis.
• Participate in call simulation and phone etiquette activities.
• Contributes ideas on Per Unit Strategies on how to reach target collection per month.
