Ensures receivables and payables are properly tracked and reconciled, maintaining up-to-date records in accordance with customer balances. Conducts monthly bank and account reconciliations. Prepares VAT reports on a quarterly basis. Assists in both local and regional annual company audits and reports. Acts as a document controller, system database tester, and conducts financial data analysis. Manages major accounts such as Expo, La Perle, and Dubai Arena. Prepares necessary letters and requirements for account updates or KYC with banks. Handles payment gateway reports and processes customer refunds. Facilitates the processing of employment visas and employee insurances. Prepares organizers invoices and bulk payments to upload. Processes timesheet reports for payment purposes and prepares cash cheques disbursements.

Prepares journal entries to record daily transactions and adjustments. Manages petty cash transactions of both companies (subsidiary company) Handles both payables and receivable ledgers of the company. Monitors fixed assets, runs depreciation monthly on system. Accounts/ bank reconciliations Handles company credit card transactions. Helps in admin works upon catering customers on their inquiries. Assists in FTA VAT preparation and filing. Maintain the entire filing system of the accounting department. Checks import declarations are properly declared in customs, verifies. BOE & couriers invoice Adheres to Central Bank Rates and FTA policies on transactions. Prepares accounts reports & assists with the annual audit. Update schedules for other prepaid, deferred, and accrued expenses. Deposits cheques online and prepares cheque payments to suppliers. Provide support to the Chief Accountant when needed
