1) Responsible in creating and controls all drawings and specifications for construction based on equations, calculations and written instructions to provide by designers and engineers for use during the construction process at job site.
2) Prepare sketches and shop drawings for fabrication, for mechanical and for piping modification including civil, architectural, structural, electrical, instrument and communication layout section elevation as per actual measurement.
3) Able to use manual drafting skills to draw plans that cannot be done or generated by computer as it entails fine-tuning and revising of plans to meet construction and architectural requirements.
4) Provide design work assistance to engineers by formulating and creating technical prints based on solid models for the purpose of fabrication and documentation. Create images, prints and specifications as required by technicians and engineers.
5) Create complete technical part or assembly drawings with advanced understanding of geometric tolerance guidelines.
6) Prepare and update the necessary project related (process, detail design and construction and layout) drawings as required for project development and execution.
7) Serve as a technical resource to other cross-functional teams in the organization by helping in the day-to-day drafting, training and troubleshooting of parts, assembly, and drawing files.
8) Ensure the maintenance of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) database to include all supporting information related to various engineering projects.
9) Oversee and maintain the electronic drawing files, survey data files of completed and current projects for easy identification and reference.
10) Comply and conform to American National Standard Institute (ANSI) and/or American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Y14.5M drafting standards.
11.) Make red mark-up and reflect then to as-built drawings, red sign piping layout, Isometric, Weld map as per Clients requirements and standard specification.
12.) Responsible for knowing and complying site safety rules and regulation.
1) Preparation of drawings layout plans, sections, elevations and details for architectural, civil, mechanical, E&I.
2) Preparation of all piping arrangement, P & ID, Isometric, scheduling, layout plan, sections and details.
3) Preparation of piping support drawing layout, foundation details, sections, elevations and Bill of Materials as per Marafiq & RC standard.
4) Prepare and revises engineering drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, details sections, charts and similar documents as directed.
5) Preparation of sketches and shop drawings for fabrication, for mechanical and for piping modification including civil, structural, E&I and communication layout, section, elevation as per actual measurement.
6) Utilized AutoCAD to prepare comprehensive fabrication and machine drawings, detail plot plan, sketch and equipment layout, section & details as per instruction.
7) Coordinated with material suppliers to complete design requirements.
8) Maintaining Document Control.
1) Preparation of drawings for engineering packages various Royal Commission and Saudi Aramco Projects using AutoCAD 2D/3D and Micro Station v8i.
2) Checking and maintaining correctness, uniformity and quality of drawings as per Royal Commission and Saudi Aramco Standard drawings.
3) Checked drawing in progress, maintained Cad drawing library and back-up files.
4) Completed electrical layout drawings such as lighting and power, ELV Layouts, Schematic Diagrams, Substation & Section layout.
5) Reviewed and corrected electrical designs as required.
6) Utilized initial design team concepts to generate detailed CAD drawings.
7) Coordinated with engineers to develop engineering change notice and evaluated quality of engineering drawings.
