Chiefly responsible for overnight risk management, following promotion to Night Trader role.

•Maintaining among the most competitive in-running 2-way and 3-way markets in the betting industry - at 105% and 107% respectively.
Sourcing exceptional candidates from across Europe for some of the world’s leading multinational companies, including Apple, DHL, Arvato and Mercedes-Benz.
•Posting engaging job adverts capable of enticing the right people.
•Recruiting potential candidates through cold calling and resume screening.
•Negotiating salaries between candidates and employers.
•Salary negotiation between suitable candidates and medical establishments.
Tasked with founding the Medical Recruitment department, establishing a team to source personnel with the appropriate skills and experience for short and long term positions in the UK, Ireland and Saudi Arabia.
•Posting attractive job adverts and screening candidate resumes for suitability.
•Assisting doctors with Visa and registration applications.
