In charge of the whole and total look of a 9, 000 sqm. showroom. Making sure that each display and each design are meeting the standards of the company.

Daily Monitoring of the performance and daily tasks of each member of the VM Team, making sure that all of the staff are following the standards of the company and at the same time making sure that the space allocated to each one of them are selling.

Daily monitoring of the sales performance of the whole showroom, each department of the furniture are hitting the target and each concepts of display inside the showroom are giving its corresponding amount in terms of sales.

Doing the performance assessment of all the VM staff on a quarterly basis, making sure that each performance reviews has been properly explained to all the staff.

Directly reporting the Branch Manager in charge and communicating the feedback of the designs and how to create plans for the future display, making sure that the sales team and the Vm team are in one page in order to hit the specific customers per design.

Directly reporting to the Visual Merchandise Manager, giving the monthly report on the progress of the showroom sales and at the same time the progress of the performance of each of the staff.

Directly working with the Merchandise Controller for the ordering of items that needs to be displayed in the showroom so that the planning stage will be crystal clear before the arrival of the items.

Doing the monthly review of the performance of the products inside the showroom and doing the necessary actions and plans that needs to be done depending on the need.
