- Provide first-level technical hands-on support on active directory, domain system, internet connection, firewall,
switches, routers, wifi, pabx, servers and email server.
- Regular monitoring of server health system, network performance and traffic through Nagios, SonicWall.
- Weekly backup of internal and hosting servers using LTO tapes through the application of Symantec backup exec
and making sure that it is successfully backed up.
- Making sure that mail server are working and see to it that email messages has no spam or viruses. Regular check
of mail server IP if blacklisted and if sender score has a good reputation.
- Add new policies or configure new connection on Sonicwall Firewall.
- Supervision of DHCP, DNS and Active Directory.
- Manage and implement new group policy in Active Directory.
- Installation of MS SQL Server and management of databases.
- Creation of new profile account in Active Directory
- Reset or unlock users account in Active Directory
- Provide users access to secured files or folders from File server.
- Manage Eset Endpoint Security Antivirus and implement new policies.
- Setup sFTP/FTP server and make sure it blocks all failed logins attempts.

- Management of Mitel PABX and IP Phones. Provide users access to local or international calls.
