- Control of the execution of subcontracted architectural design/shop drawings
works according to prevailing technical, quality and safety requirements.
- Ensuring that all relevant drawings released for the execution of works have
been coordinated.
- Prepare necessary Field Change Request (FCR), Request For Information(RFI).
- Arranged/attend Technical meeting with sub-contractor and site personnel.
- Using EPLASS, check sub-contractors shop drawings (interior packages).
- Coordination of Shop Drawings. Initially Prepare MEP Drawing Prior to Subcon
- Preparation of Structural Drawings based on Eng’r. Instruction & BBS.
- Preparation of Site Setting-out Coordinates.
- Assist QA/QC Engineers for Value Engineering & RFI.
- Prepared Take-Off Quantities for QS (Involved in Tendering)

- Perform material take-off and assist quantity surveyor.
- Provide mapping showing landmark to site location.
- Reflect red-line drawings for preparation of as-built & for final account.
