DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
(EPC Engineering Main Office, Japan):
•Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes and standards for Oil & Gas facilities.
•Provide and applying in-depth working knowledge from various international codes and standard references such as NBC, IBC, AISC, ASCE, ACI, ASTM, OSHA, ISO 11064, ASHRAE, UPC, NEC or IEEE and NFPA Codes/Standards 1, 45, 80, 90A, 101 (Life Safety Code) for Industrial Blast or Non-Blast Resistant Oil & Gas building facilities.
•Prepare specific design condition and general requirements for plant buildings and its related steel structures.
•Understanding Building System Components such as fireproofing, fire door, access control, HVAC, structural framing and foundations, enclosure systems, plumbing, lighting, acoustics, safety systems, vertical-circulation elements, electric power, signal systems, building management system (BMS), ADNOC Green Building Guidelines, Masterkey Systems, Fire Protection and Control, etc.
•Coordinating & clarifying architectural/ technical issues i.e. interfaces, changes & modifications with other engineering disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Instrument, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Fire Fighting, Material Handling, Rotating & HVAC engineers).
•Participate on tender process and review bidding documents in highlighting major areas of potential future discrepancies as well as areas of potential anticipated design difficulties.
•To ensure internal and external submissions and meet the issued ITB requirements /
Tender documents for design objectives, technical compliance, and performance requirements.
•Providing architectural design input, status report and always aware on project delivery milestones.
9. Provide landscaping, interior detail designs, plant layout and other related construction drawings.
10. Provide and develop presentation using 2D, 3D using Auto CAD software.
11. Prepares material and equipment specifications.
12. Select materials and write construction specifications.
13. Extracts engineering and estimating information from drawings.
14. Applying design inter-disciplinary Quality Control, Checking and Improvement Process.
(Construction Site Assignments):
•Provides Field Engineering coverage to support ongoing construction.
•Assist and review architectural related Construction Material Submittals, Field/Engineering Revision Instructions, shop drawings submitted by sub-contractor for Construction Manager approval.
3. Attending daily technical meetings presided by Construction Manager and all contractors concerning highlighted the overall progress, critical issues affecting time, Cost, quality
and scope of works, commitments, scheduled-target completion and others.
4. Monitor, coordinate, assess and evaluate the quality of workmanship base on plans, specifications and acceptable architectural and engineering practices.
5. Prepare and write letters, transmittal, correspondences address to the client representatives, construction manager and sub-contractors requiring immediate actions.
6. Capability in design troubleshooting without any impact to construction progress.
7. Willing to work independently when problem arises in order to be resolved urgently.
8. Review and prepare site engineering instruction or field revision instruction, reply to
queries and clarifications from the Sub-contractors.
9. Review, submit, evaluate and present materials to client representative for final approval prior to construction.
10. Solving field supervisors design related problems based on current site condition.
11. Participate in creating/closing building related punch items prior to project handover to client.
12. Prepare master key system in industrial setting.
13. Assist & Prepare Work Transfer Sheets, Work Order, Local Overseas Procurement Request, and System Dossier.
14. Ensure compliance to all HSE procedures and practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Perform and develop studies, design concept, design criteria, reports & calculations.
2. Providing landscape, interior detail designs, plant layout and other construction drawings.
3. Provide and develop presentation using 2D, 3D using Auto CAD software.
4. Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analysis.
5. Ensures design compliance w/ codes & regulations such as UBC, NFPA, UPC, SASO etc.

9. Extracts engineering and estimating information from drawings.
10. Provides technical guidance to Drafters and Designers working on the project.
