1.Review contract/tendering documentation, to ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements.
2. Direct & co-ordinate site resources to ensure construction meet all requirements, both cost effectively & efficiently.
3. Establish along with relevant managers, the resourcing requirements for relevant parts of the project to ensure that
these are accurate and realistic and that any necessary steps needed to supply resource have been arranged with
reference to the critical path.
4. Co-ordinate/support in conjunction with relevant staff, the development and establishment of the Construction
Schedule together with the mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against that schedule.
5. Review and assess the integrity, frequency and value of all reporting, and establish revised systems where necessary to
ensure that Project Management has the necessary up to date information to effectively manage the project to meet its
objectives.

Ensure adequate resources (manpower and equipment) are provided according to project’s schedule.
