• Assist billing provider in claim interpretation and claims adjudication information (claims payment/ denial reason/ pending information)
• Providing customer satisfaction in every call by routing calls to designated department if the call got misrouted by warm transfer
• Computation of the contract information and allowable amounts for a certain service being rendered in processing claims.
