- Review and approval of Construction Baseline Schedule / revised schedule / recovery schedule and all planning procedures and securing Client approval on the same
- Provide Project Management Team analysis on project in reference to the Contract or approved Construction Baseline Schedule
- Monitor the Planning and Project controlling works for conformance with Project procedures (Contract, PMP, QCS, Consultancy agreements, etc.)
- Provides leadership to the Planning/Scheduling group and in conjunction with the Project Controls Manager assigns priorities
- Provides project management consultation on factors affecting the timely completion of projects
- Formulating strategic plan or provide immediate solutions to potential problems and recommend changes to meet project objective for efficient execution
- Consolidates and translates inputs and events from various groups into Project Operational Plan or Construction Baseline Schedule to generate impacted schedule
- Analyze and review contractors daily report / weekly report / monthly progress report and monthly cash flow update against the schedule and address to contractor and client about the status and concern of the project
- Provide to client a weekly dashboard that illustrate project progress status
- Attend weekly / monthly progress and coordination meetings to ensure frequent interfaces with client and contractor for harmonious management of the project
- Evaluating construction, analyzing the logistics, and managing time
- Analyze and ensure operational requirements against construction schedule (manpower, equipment, and material)
- Review and analyze the Contractors’ Claims for extension of time (time impact analysis) and prepare recommendation report
- Preparation of Construction Schedule and resources planning and securing Client approval on the same
- Provide Project Management Team analysis on progress of project in reference to the Contract or approved Construction Schedule
- Consolidates and translates inputs from various groups into Project Operational Plan or Master Schedule

- Responsible on preparation of weekly progress report (planned vs. actual productivity)
- Evaluate to Project Manager or Construction Manager the progress report
- Estimate quantities of For Construction Drawings or approved plans with specifications
- Responsible for the reconciliation of monthly progress billing to client
