• Managing the responsibilities for overseas programs, include the completion of all pre-departure logistical and administrative requirements as per USAID’s regulations (ADS 253). This ranges from participant language/medical clearances and international travel arrangements to troubleshooting with responsible contractors, communicating with USAID staff and the DT2 project home office. This also includes, post training debriefings and extensive file and data base management.
• Contribute to procurement plans that result in successful “Requests for Proposals” and purchase orders.
• Train colleagues and/or team members on processing procedures.
• Provide information to the Monitoring &Evaluation division on all on-going programs
• Participate in setting budget for training activities and follow up budget execution versus cost.
