Set-up layout and ensure sufficient space utilization.
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
Initiate request for replenishment of stocks and does periodic inventories.
Also support the purchasing department in reviewing the documents for shipping and arrival.
Accomplishments
Developed the warehouse and both Production Liquid & Powder Plant layout and structure.
Appointed as a member of internal auditor for ISO, GMP, HACCP & HALAL in production flavor & Fragrances.
Standardized process flow in Production and warehouse in Jan 2010.
Received recognition and was the employee of the month last February 2014 when I completed all machine set up for Production of liquid flavor & fragrance.

Does annual inventory of fixed assets, tools, equipment and supplies by counting and checking the physical appearance.
Receives and inspect quality on incoming supplies accompanied with the delivery receipt and gate pass, issues gate pass for outgoing materials by properly checking the physical property of the materials if it is in good condition and ready for used.

Was commended with recognition last 2003 for leading the group in successfully setting up the method/standard for returnable materials calculation and distribution process.

Generate quality control process chart for every item both plastic
Generate standard operating procedure for every equipment and machine.
Conducting mold preventive maintenance for all plastic and die cast mold before prior to its production.
In-charge of controlling production gauge & jigs calibration & mold life documents.
In-Charge of production line auditing.
Establish and implement quality planning procedures & preparing document procedures.
In-Charge for Machine Trouble shooting.
Assist the leader line to become smooth running of production.
Monitoring all machines to ensure the trend is continuous.
