. To ensure the safety inspection is thoroughly carried out and monitor contractor adherence to safety
while performing PPM / CM works. The staff should strive achieve 100% incident free records.
. To ensure that venue is checked thoroughly and cases raised wherever necessary and achieve zero
complaints from the client.
. Checking and monitoring the status of all equipment on site such as HVAC, MECHANICAL &
ELECTRICAL system.
. Checking contractor’s documents such as Risk Assessment, Aspect Impact and proper PPE before
commencing the work.
. Monitor the contractors performing PPM & update on TAM system.
. Do troubleshooting & minor repair on equipment failure.
. Conduct critical equipment daily monitoring checklist.
. BMS operator.
. Support to event without error including bump in, bump out and execution and achieve zero issue.
. To ensure any defects at site is reported and escalated to Venue coordinator and achieve 100%
reporting of issues
