As a customer service agent I have to greet passengers first and asks there proper documents for check-in, verifying the validity of the document, asks safety questions about their luggage tag it and giving back their documents by wishing good flight and shows the departure gate number.
Opens the departure gate in good time, makes every necessary things for starting to board the passengers.
