As an online teacher, I teach Chinese students aged 2 to 20. I am in charge of implementing creative teaching techniques to adapt to the level of students. To apply these techniques successfully, I rely on a plethora of activities such as storytelling, miming, Muppet show performing and role playing.
It is an American language center based in El Manar, Tunis. As an English teacher, I train mixed-age students. Classes are classified according to the level of the students (A1- C2). I create lesson plans tailored to each groups specific needs.
As an online teacher, I deliver a content that conform to the Tunisian public preparatory and secondary school education curricula. Lessons are performed directly through live sessions via the academy platform. I
am also in charge of uploading pre-recorded 5 minutes- videos to the website and respond to students interaction in the comment section. I have successfully completed a training course on how to use Camtasia software prior to starting remote teaching.
As a telemarketing manager I succeeded in:
• Promoting the companys services by calling on contractors, subcontractors, distributors and end users.
• Convincing owners and decision makers to subscribe to premium membership in Hot enquiry platform.
• Managing social media community and increasing the companys visibility (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc...)
As a call center agent, I am responsible for conducting polls about social issues (like poverty, politics.) with people from different countries, such as: Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Building a renewable relationship with customers, going the extra mile in all conversations allowed me to achieve impressive results for three years in a row.
I am very proud to say that I did my research on "The Impact of Conflict Management on Customers Loyalty".
