• Designed the whole process and forms needed for college/university student recruitment (several steps and interviews involved, psychometric tools utilized before final acceptance is reached)
• Lead a Business English R&D team under the Organizational Development Unit with main duties related to researching the market, designing training programs, writing proposals, delivering presentations and training.
• In charge of Kuwait country center recruitment, supervised and updated role description and competency specifications, application forms, liaised with third party recruitment agency, conducted structured interviews, selected aptitude and personality tests and planned induction (cultural orientation and job skill specific training).
