Recruitment Duties & responsibilities: -
- Preparing and updating job descriptions for all positions in the company.
- Establishing and developing the recruitment plan as per the approved HC budget.
- Creating pool of candidates through job posting using different recruitment resources (internal - external).
- Screening applicants, conducting interviews, administering tests and evaluating applicant qualifications.
- Conducting orientation for newly hired employees (provide information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotions and employment benefits.
- Preparing recruitment report on monthly basis.
Training Duties & responsibilities: -
- Preparing yearly training plan for all departments in the company as per the company’s’ policies and procedures.
- Conducting training sessions for all employees such as: occupational health and safety, time management...etc.
- Coordinating training programs (internal - external) according to the yearly training.
- Dealing with IMC (Industrial Modernization Center) to get maximum services.

Compensation and Benefits Duties & responsibilities: -
- Preparing monthly payroll sheet including (keeping track of leaves such as vacations, sick leave…etc - calculating overtime -calculating deductions - preparing disciplinary action sheets).
- Updating holiday balance sheet and disciplinary action sheet.
- Work on improving the benefits for the employees such as: transportation, medical insurance, social support …etc.
- Preparing turnover analysis for all departments monthly and yearly.

Performance Management Duties & responsibilities: -
- Preparing performance appraisal sheets for all employees indicating the KPI’s for every position in the company.
- Sending the performance appraisal sheets to all managers by the end of every quarter to fill the required data then collecting them again.
- Preparing performance appraisal report then sending it to the top management.

Organizational Development/Employees Relations Duties & responsibilities: -
- Maintaining HR policies and procedures and coordinating with the quality assurance department for giving them ISO code.
- Preparing and updating organization charts for all departments according to headcount budget.
- Managing sports, cultural and social activities for all employees.

Personnel Duties & responsibilities: -
- Updating personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labour.
- Updating employee’s database information and store all documents and papers.
