The main target is to collect and build content catalogue for the company, and resell as B2B or B2C.
Approach operators MENA Region to connect on RBT and Portal
Composed and established company content library, which included different production houses albums, games, mobile applications.
This also involved approaching operators and finalizing contractual issues in regards to RBT services, or portal services. During this period I managed to finalize deals with Du UAE, Afghanwireless, and TurkeyCell, and Wana .
Handled all related marketing and VAS services for operators that exit in these two countries: Zain & MTN Sudan, and MTN Ghana
This job involved:
1- Traveling to Sudan and Ghana, attending operator workshop and meetings.
2- Introducing new service ideas to the operators
3- Connecting to RBT platform and uploading content
4- providing RBT and Portal services for operators

I started to worke as an account manager for Mehwer channel, Fajr channel, Osool channel, Naghah channel, Hayah TV group channels, and managed couple of services Baby Cancer Hospital (2357), and Al-Hatef El-Eslamy (2381), besides Alhalam for Sk Sayed Hamdy
Worked closely with Vodafone, Mobinil and Etisalate in acquiring our company short code range whether in SMS or IVR, this included contract fulfillment, organizing for connection establishment with our technical team, allocation and activation of these codes, besides selling these services to a third party (s).
Managed the SMS and IVR regionally (Line Supervisor) where my job is related to different dealings with operators and code providers: local or regional to provide for SMS and IVR codes services or TV channels like Alrai, Rotana Zaman, Njoom, and Melody.
All Administration related jobs in addition to this I worked directly with sales team, where I covered for their absences : whether on leave, or traveling, follow up on quotations, prepare quotations, process orders through company system, ensure clients name is listed in the system, follow up for the contract to be signed/invoiced and updates to be sent.
In addition to preparing and arranging for related training courses
Worked at Middle East and Africa liaison office located in Cairo/Egypt
In addition to my Administration job I conducted after sales services and follow up for our clients in the Region.
Also arranged for Training courses related to the our software.
