jOB TITLE: Mechanical Checker (From December 2013 to March 2017)
• ( Mechanics Supervisor the mechanical and modified drawings AutoCAD
• After Studying project's scope and discussing with other team members for better technical understanding on the project scope and comparing with general
Arrangement civil layouts. Then compare the project’s loop diagrams with projects P&ID’s. I then use AutoCAD 2012 to Update/prepare master drawings from the as- built project drawings and vendor drawings according to the client’s requirements.
• Check all Technical data from project drawings into existing master drawings in client EDMS as applicable.
• Incorporating all technical data from project drawings into existing master drawings in client EDMS as applicable.
• Design and draw I so, s, piping Layout, plot Plan and material take off.
• Follow-up the design on site.
• Draw AS BUILT drawing (Red Mark-ups).
• Make check for Isometric lines.
• Reading (PFD, P& IDs. & Any Other drawing)
Tenders for all projects
For mechanical works and water pumps for water and sewage plants & shopdrawing
• Design working the horizontal segments AutoCAD for all projects that have been implemented and the study and processing all tenders of construction and roads and buildings, housing and utilities as well electrical work and Schedule programs of each project and track your quotes in the Department of Technical Office)
• Design working and the horizontal segments AUTOCAD 2D interior and exterior of the Bldgs. and villa and wood models and follow them in each project is designed and also during the execution of exhibitions).
