Responsible for Case management:
Description Focal point for the referral of cases to UNHCR SGBV team by all units including RSD, RST, REG, PRT, Helpline, Reception and for referrals by external partners. Responsible for initial assessment of the referred cases and referring the cases for in-depth assessment and support to UNHCR SGBV staff and to partner staff, and for overseeing the caseload. Responsible for referring cases externally and following up. Responsible for attending to complex cases. Responsible for overseeing data entry in relation with SGBV cases in ProGres and other SGBV tools.
- Focal Pont for Capacity Building Description: Responsible for reviewing all BIAs related to SGBV and all IRFs and other related documents prepared by UNHCR staff and partners, and for providing constructive feedback. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the SGBV SOPs and standard principles in relation with SGBV case management. Focal Point for capacity building activities related to SGBV case management. Responsible for providing technical guidance and on the job coaching to partner and UNHCR staff on cases Focal point to organize and follow up on SGBV case conferences : internally, with IPs, and IA cases conferences.
- Focal Point for Durable Solutions in relation for SGBV Description: FP for identifying SGBV survivors and women at risks for who durable solutions should be identified, especially RST.
