-designing and planning appropriate instruction and experiences that support student learning.
-collaborating and consulting with the school community including colleagues, administrators, and parents.
-selecting and interpreting appropriate formative and summative forms of assessment to gauge student learning.
-engaging in self-of evaluation of professional practices and participating in professional development efforts to promote teaching practices and student environment.
