• Supervise, mentor the recruitment team (9 recruitment agents working remotely) and
manage the full recruitment process.
• Work on a recruitment project in partnership with HRDF.
• Monitor agents’ performance and assist them to maintain a high performance level.
• Manage clients’ accounts and their requirements.
• Provide weekly reports to HRDF
• Plan and execute the recruitment process for Glowork
• Receive client’s request, post job vacancies and review applicants.
• Filter, screen CVs, coordinate and conduct interviews.
• Evaluate, nominate and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients.
• Perform HR tasks.
• Translate manuals, policies, job descriptions and other documents.
• Rotation program.
