Supervise the monthly reporting of the consortium partners and guarantees submission of the narrative, indicators and financial reports according to the timeframe and guidelines set in the MoU
Flag significant deviation from the program implementation plan and estimated expenditures
Ensures that all documents accomplish the donor financial policies, procedures and requirements
Prepare any amendments/budget revisions in collaboration of the partner
Follow up meetings and field visits with Partners
Activity, target and indicator monitoring for Partners
Budget and expenditure forecast and follow-up with Partners
Capacity building for the local partner

Building a budget for upcoming proposals and projects

Budget monitoring and planning in terms of activities, resources, staff and eligibility verification of expenses
Monitoring program indicators and target achievements in coordination with the MEAL unit

Focal point for all programs’ cash payment modalities

Governmental compliance including; MOSD, MOPIC, MOI, and MOL, on project approvals and legalization
Maintaining asset registration for Amman, Irbid and Karak offices
