Work Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring new computers, operating systems, Ethernet
networks, and other related equipment, devices, and systems.
• Solving technical problems related to software, hardware and network issues.
• Perform periodic maintenance to PCs and Laptops and make sure all devices
are in good condition and meet the desired policies.
• Follow up the workflow and prepare the necessary reports
Work Responsibilities:
• Budgeting for the building and transportation in coordination with the
department supervisors.
• Develop plans to invest resources in the best way and reduce expenses.
• Submitting proposals regarding the necessary improvements to the building,
infrastructure and equipment.
• Follow-up evaluation of the performance of services and develop proposals
for the development of work mechanisms and procedures.
• Update the system data periodically and prepare the necessary reports.
• Updating the human resources data in the facility.
Work Responsibilities:
• Contracting with trainers and specialists to provide training according to the
operational plan.
• Managing the implementation of the program in cooperation with the
volunteer team.
