• Growth Strategy & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within the Saudi construction market to drive sustainable company growth.
• Contract Review: Conduct detailed reviews of project contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and joint venture agreements to ensure compliance with client requirements while safeguarding company interests.
• Client Relationship Management: Follow up with key clients to ensure their requirements are met for potential opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships.

• Supporting the Legal Affairs Department in reviewing health-related cases and conducting legal research.
• Assisting the Investigation Department with case preparation and documentation.
• Providing legal consultations on various health law matters.
