• Finalize Individual & group insurance policy quotations / proposals within standard.
• Maintain renewals within the specific target loss ratio and impose deviations from standard rules.
• Creation of new benefits on the system.
• Apply the underwriting guidelines without any deviation.
• Calculate the deviations on technical basis.
• The entire tasks assigned by head of department Client Management Advice PIC's on technical requirements and competitive decisions to be made on individual & group policy proposals.
• Respond and coordinate with PIC's on queries / complaints in order to provide excellent customer support services.
• Visit core PIC's for assistance on quotations and endorsement to enhance business/ client relationships.
• Control anti selection in coordination with medical team by monitoring false declarations, high claimants and provide PICs with recommendation regarding control measures.
• Business Reporting Prepare and circulate monthly status reports on policy information (member profile & policy monitoring report) to respective PICs/ Groups for their internal information.
