- Assist Department head in recruitment process, includes gathering CVs, scheduling interviews, and job offer letters.
- communicate and visit recruitment agency as required
- Assist new staff in joining formalities including file preparation, register in Gosi etc. as per policy standards.
- Prepare and process new and renewal of contracts as per job offer and HODS.
- Prepare and process Job Description for new employees and renewal as required.
- Participate in career fairs as required
- make a taskforce as required
- Update department and organization charts as per standard.
- Assist in performance management, during probation period and Annual performance
- Assist in writting policy as requested
- Record attendance, vacation, and sick leaves for the staff.
- Follow up iqama renewal, Baladia cards and record them as per policy.
- issues and distribute health insurance as per policy.
-assist Finance in payroll as requested
-assist Finance in end of service process.
-assist in preparing annual party, empolyee of the month party
- write monthly/ annually report such as not limited to HR deshboard report, heartbeat report etc.
-Perform any related duties and special projects as assigned
• Assist Department head in recruitment process, includes gathering CVs, scheduling interviews, prepare HRF (Hiring requisition form) and job offer letters.
• Assist new staff in joining formalities including file preparation as per policy standards
• Prepare and process new and renewal of contracts as per job offer and re appointment letter receptively.
• Coordinate with personnel department in approval of HRDF for Saudi candidates
• Maintain CVs of candidates in appropriate manner.
• Interview employee going on final exit and highlight their main concern to department head for needed resolution.
• Assist Department Head in privileging process for Physicians as per JCI\CBAHI standard
• Audit of Locum\ part time Physicians files as per JCI\CBAHI Standard and assist Department head in required compliance
• Prepare and process Job Description for new employees and renewal as required.
• Prepare required weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for department head including but not limited to,
a. Interviews status
b. Care audit reports
c. Monthly reports for Group HR and corporate office
d. Interviewed Candidates status
e. Exit interviews analysis etc.
• Assist department head in investigations of submitted cases complaints
• Renders other duties assigned by HR Manager from time to time
