Managed the establishment of ADEC Information Security Management System ISMS according to the standards of ISO27001 allowing the Council to become the first governmental entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to achieve the compliance with the standard and the leader in compliance with ADSIC Standard V2.
Managed the establishment of ADEC Service Management System according to the standards of ISO20000 making the Council one of the first governmental entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to achieve the compliance with the standard.
Managed the recertification activities of ISO27001 and ISO20000 and lead the transformation to ISO27001:2013 making the Council the first governmental entity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to achieve the full compliance with the new standard.

Managed the full fledge upgrade of ADEC Data-Center Blade Enclosures, leading the migration activities of more than 20 live Enterprise Business Application used by more than 16, 000 employees including teachers and principals in schools without a single incident concerning Business Continuity.
