Prepared reports, certified payments and recruited resources. Reviewed claims.

Leading the construction team for construction of all works in accordance with contracts. Managing subcontractors/suppliers. Resource planning (manpower & materials). Monitoring procurement of materials. Monitoring progress in accordance with schedules and control of construction cost. Ensuring that the team and contractors are maintaining a good relationship with clients. Identifying and submitting claims for variations, delays and disruptions. Participating in bidding for various projects. Processing payment certificates to clients and verifying payments for subcontractors and suppliers.
