III - Market Intelligence
1) Finding out/compilation of customer applications for our products;
2) Generating competitor intelligence,
3) Assisting in preparation of comparisons with competitors
4) Provide feedback and input from own markets to help shape marketing strategy for products and services.
IV - Promotion
1) Assist where required in design, production and co-ordination of all marketing collateral,
2) exhibition graphics and press releases.
3) Co-ordination of and Representation at trade fair/recruitment exhibitions, including follow up of contacts
4) Seeking out promotional opportunities for our products Technical support
5) Assist customers in the operation of their products and organise support for problems they may have
6) Demonstrate the technical operation of our equipment.
