The Project, as planned, will be a unique mixed-use development within Makkah area, and It will include 5, 000 residential housing units, commercial and recreational areas as well as public/common facilities that will serve the whole development, with overall estimated value of 2.3 billion Saudi Riyal
Alkhomasia is developing a mixed-use project north of Makkah on an area of approx. 1.3 Million sqm.

I had an executive client-side role and collaborated with various user organizations to support the role that project/contract management play in business performance, by overseeing the consultants in delivering the full spectrum “Bawabat Makkah Development”, the first largest sustainable urban project in the area as well as other strategic projects.

I was managing the daily projects operations, Client liaison, provide design and technical input on master planning, infrastructure coordination, oversee the overall project communications, liaison with the authorities, consultants and other international consultants for projects exceeding 3 Billion SR in Construction Value.

Our excellent past experience in Urban designs, Roads, Highways, Underground utilities- Dry & Wet, Micro Tunneling, Bridges, Tunnel, Viaduct, Flyovers & Landscaping (Hard & Soft), allowed us achieving the required development targets.
