Ensure acceptance record in cargo spot is entered and RCS message sent at event plus 5minutes.
Ensure that weight check is performed for all shipments and that DIMS and volume checksare performed as required.
Ensure that the weight and volume discrepancies are recorded on the appropriate form and
submitted to the shift supervisor.
Ensure that walk in customers are greeted and handled in a quick manner.
Check documents including AWB to ensure accuracy of information and identification of any special requirements.
Ensure cargo is stored in the correct location / terminal and that the system is updated promptly.
Ensure that each of the crew members are briefed on the flights and on any special requirements.
Ensure all crew members are performing tasks at all times. If there are no tasks, allocate them on housekeeping and ad hoc tasks.
Ensure that buildup and breakdown are completed as per defined SLA’s.
Ensure that an adequate supply of warehouse pallets are available prior to breakdown.
Ensure use of spreaders, corner ropes etc.
Ensure ULD serviceability checklist is completed prior buildup and after breakdown.
Ensure that operators record the location by using HHTs.
Ensure that buildup is completed on time and that uld’s are maximized in terms of utilization.
Ensure all uld’s are properly tagged and that tags are completed with ALL required information.
