Currently: • Assist clients with regards to application, quality control etc. on site and report on such visits.
• Build relationship with client's technical and QC/QA staff.
• Product Demonstration, applicator training.
• Survey sites to (assist in) paint system selection.
• Assist sales department in selecting specifications and getting product
approvals keeping track of specifications.
• Ensure all FTS tools and equipment in calibration order.

I Shifted to Laboratory Section as Laboratory Technician for preparing samples and testing Quality and responsible for all samples prepared by other technician..

As a Production Supervisor
• Responsible for quantitative and qualitative parameters of the production unit of a state of the art paint manufacturing facility.
• Deploy manpower, issue batch cards as per the production plan.
• Allocate machines and resources to ensure achievement of daily targets as per the production plan.
• Optimize manpower and minimize loss of machine hours.
• Keep vigilance on machine operators and supervise a team of operators.
Ensure they follow the personal safety and work safety rules and procedures.
• Work closely with the Stores department and packing department and the
Sales & marketing Head.
• Understand customer issues and find alternate solution.
• Minimize the complaints during sampling, testing and in process.
• Meet the production targets with minimum loss of time and wastage.
