• Responsible for all NT Servers, network administration, and user accounts setup and maintenance
• Implementing and managing Microsoft Failover-Cluster for high availability solution.
• Managing Blackberry Enterprise Server
• Implementing & Managing Mail filter Iron Port Appliances C150 & C170.
• Responsible for maintaining and administering Symantec Anti-Virus server and client on both NT servers and workstations.
• Responsible for the backup of data, including automatic backup routines, testing data integrity, and offsite storage of media using Symantec Netbackup 7.1
• Performing release management including software and hardware upgrades, updates, patches, Virtualization and migrations.
• Responsible for Creating and Managing Virtualization Environment through VMware ESXi version5 and VSphere virtual center with EMC VNX SAS storage.
• Responsible for annual budget planning ( Servers, Workstations, Printers, Laptop, software) Monitoring Servers performance, Disk Space & Event Viewer
• Responsible for Datacenter Physical Security, Cooling & UPS systems
• Monitoring and troubleshooting Network Switches
• Monitoring and troubleshooting LAN and WAN communications
• Responsible for analysis and Report Infrastructure Systems prior to take corrective actions such
Weekly outbreak of Symantec Endpoint comprehensive report
Weekly outbreak of Mail filter SPAM, Harvest Attack detected
Annual Report of IT Landscape hardware and software inventory report
• Participate in the planning, designing and testing of the new solutions.
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring ITIL system and procedures
• Responsible for implementing and upgrading technical systems services such as
CCTV, Access Control and Barcode systems


• Responsible for IT / Procurement Projects process:
Prepare project scope of work, Invitation for qualified suppliers, Prepare technical offers evaluation bid, Study project cost analysis relevant to budget and finally Issue initial service level agreement

• Install and configure servers, hardware and software as necessary to support applications and databases.
• Installing, configuring and administrating Antivirus “Symantec End-Point” Server (SEPM) and push SEP Client to all Client Pc’s
• Deploying Administrating and Managing Microsoft Systems Center Service Manager (2012)
• Installing and Managing Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (2007)
• Administrating Microsoft Systems Center Operation Manager (2007)
• Configuring And Managing Microsoft SharePoint (2010)
• Working with Scripts and Visual Basic codes
• Installing, configuring, managing, and administrating Workstations OS “Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7".
