•Proactively assisting Management Committee and Aluminium companies Board of Directors on managing the project from planning initiatives to transform Aluminium SBU (Strategic Business Unit) and Companies to global competitor including business development, corporate citizenship and communications strategies
•Streamlining strategic plans to achieve company’s aspiration and annual business targets for both hard targets (financials, throughput, etc.) and soft targets (talent retention, new product development, etc.)
•Spearheading the team of planers and analysts and providing clear direction, prioritizing tasks, assigning, delegating the responsibility & monitoring the workflow of the Strategy & Planning Department

3.Finalizing the Polymer business plan and the Man power plan of Polymer SBU before the required date and delivered a very precise and professional presentation under circumstances of a lack of people.
4.Gaining experience in preparing the Income statements, Balance sheets and Cash flow statements in short time.
5.Introducing an easy way to enter and run the production plan.
