Scope of work includes architectural and civil finishes works of a mega mall, Soul Ban Al Madeenah, with gross area of 124, 000 m2, consists of cellar, two basements, ground and first floors. The mall contain a 1400 parking, hyper market, banking floor, restaurants, retail, cinemas and recreational area. Finishes includes facades, land scape and external works.
Scope of Work: The Golf Apartments are located adjacent to the Golf
Course. The scope of work comprises the execution, completion and
maintenance of the finishing works for buildings, finishing works for
external areas
Job Description& Achievements:
* The project comprises construction and finishing of eleven buildings,
consists of 183 apartments, and total internal construction area of
18000 square meter, in addition to external landscape and swimming
pools.
* Managing construction towards completion in a challenging time and
multi contractors project,
* Following work schedule and updates.
* Reserving the Contractor’s contractual rights by Contract.
* Following change orders notifications and execution.
* Liaise with all parties of the project including client, construction
Water Authority Administration Building.
