* Successfully managing phase 1 on a major 1.5 Billion Sr palace at AlDiwan Street, in the position of Sr. Project Manager/Acting Project Director /Project coordinator with 60 Engineer from multidiscipline and multi-cultural backgrounds and directly coordinating with Client (CPPA), Management (RLB / F+G/ MACE) and Contractor (MACC)

Senior Design Manager (multinational team staff in-house &/or outsourced) & Site supervision for key projects - Architecture & ID trades.
- Lead multicultural & multidisciplinary team for the assigned projects, from residential villas to offices/hotel towers
- Follow up the Architecture, Interior Design & Landscaping departments for the assigned projects
- Preparation, resolving discrepancies, revision and coordination of drawings and construction documents;
- Coordination follow-up with local & international consultants and all other related trades: Structural, MEP, specialists...
- Follow up with the rendering departments (local or outsourced)
- Responsible for Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) & Specifications
- Responsible for site supervision for the assigned projects
- Responsible for Shop drawings / As built review and approvals
