Corporate Sales Manager : I was looking after the SMB and Government sales, beside my original job of Dealer Channel Manger
my role was to take care of all resellers in Kuwait including Super stores, Hyper markets, Electronic shops and computer resellers. During those years I established and build strong Dealer Channel Network and provide my customers with class services before and after sales.
Purchasing & Logistic Manager
(Both Local and foreign), I was handling all company purchases, shipping and logistics.
That includes communicating with local and foriegn suppliers and get the cheapest possible prices .
Also I was getting the cheapest rate for shipping, clearance and delivery to our store.
My job was to establish a good channel Network of local suppliers and try always to strengthen the relation with them in order to get the best possible prices.
I was involved in both local and foreign purchases
The company has been Expanded, so we had to increase our stores and getting bigger area for the increasing verity of items.
So I started establishing & designing the coding system for our products and set up the structure for this operation (Major category- Sub Category- Brand, description) this operation made it easy and professional to categorise, organize and get accurate information about any product with description, availability, on line at any time.
My role was to coordinate between Sales and other departments
(Purchasing, Logistics, Administration, Stores, Delivery…)
I was working in HR Department and handling all related issues of employee's affairs, organizing their files and update them frequently.
Then I joined Accounts departments where I helped in getting final balance sheet issued for two years.
During this period I was also a member in Central Purchasing Committee which was procuring all needs for the Bank Head Office and its 12th branches
