◦ Overhaul the company's filing system to increase office efficiency and ensure all documents are organized and easy to access
◦ Oversee office inventory activities, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and that orders are placed in a timely manner
◦ Streamline the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity reporting by developing efficient reporting procedures and maintaining accurate records
◦ Conduct research on various topics and compile information to support decision-making and strategic planning for the division
◦ Manage special projects as assigned by the executive team, while coordinating with other departments and external stakeholders as necessary

◦ Conduct thorough reviews of payment requisitions, cost estimates, and project reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints
◦ Maintain accurate weekly payroll schedules, ensuring that employees are paid in a timely and efficient manner
◦ Verify invoices and check requests from customers, ensuring that all bills are processed for payment within 30 business days
◦ Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
◦ Manage the operational and transactional integrity of payroll for all employees
◦ Monitor and manage expenditures, ensuring that all expenses are properly allocated and accounted for
◦ Provide consistent, high-quality services to clients, ensuring that their needs are met without an increase in staff
◦ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and industry trends, while implementing best practices to improve financial processes and procedures
◦ Deliver instruction in Accounting, Financial Mathematics, and Economics to students in grades 10 through 12
◦ Foster positive relationships with more than 150 students, providing personalized feedback, leading class discussions, and encouraging student participation
◦ Achieve measurable success in improving student performance on statewide annual exams
◦ Develop and implement highly individualized lesson plans that accommodated diverse learning styles and needs among students
◦ Conduct thorough planning and preparation for each lesson, while gathering necessary resources and materials
◦ Devise and execute performance improvement plan for students who are struggling academically while consulting with parents and administrative staff as necessary
◦ Collaborate with elementary school teachers to identify strategies for improving student learning outcomes
◦ Establish strong partnerships with parents to support their children's academic progress and social-emotional development
