التاْكد من نظافة المكان والمعدات في المطبخ, والتاْكد من صلاحية المعدات بشكل عام, فحص الطعام المخزن في الثلاجات, واتلاف ماهو غير صالح للاستخدام, وكتابة ما نريد من مواد لتحضير الطعام .و تحضير الطعام يكون تحت اشرافي في معظم الاماكن التي اعمل فيها .
