Effectively ensured Prequalification of GEDAC Electric with Saudi Electric Company (SEC), MAADEN and National
Water Company (NWC); reorganized the factory and the products according to the procedures and systems of the
organizations.
Played a key role in Strategizing the General Electric Industrial Solution (GEIS) - GEDAC Electric Business Plan till the
year 2017 and defining the mission road map of the GE product branding. This was achieved by creating business
plans with stakeholders including project qualification, pricing structures and sales training for the new products.
Instrumental in Developing key themes of new paradigm thus improving GEDAC Electric Sales Channels by
implementing new market analysis, company sales projections as well as defining challenges and growth enablers.
Restructured the Proposal Department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001and OHSAS 18001 procedures.
Proficiently developed new Pricing Structures meeting the requirements of GEDAC Electric Management, resulting in
an increase in sales to SAR 280M from SAR 55M in the year 2010 and eventually to SAR 500M in 2017.
Played a pivotal role in GEDAC for being Awarded with the PP‐10 Riyadh Power Plant Project worth over SAR 100M as
well as King Saud University (KSU) project worth over SAR 50M. Efficiently directed Project Prices to match market
requirements, developed and localized GE equipment such as Power VAC & SEN Plus
Proficiently Cost Controlling of GE / AKD‐10 SWGR localized by GEDAC Electric to meet NEMA and Aramco
requirements, resulting in the Khurasaniyah project being awarded to GEDAC Electric valued at over SAR 45M.
Controlled the cost of new IEC products developed by GEDAC Electric to meet IEC requirements such as; G4000, G400
and G200.
