Prepare required documents and files for internal and corporate reporting
Complete the files to control accuracy/exactitude of internal figures

Drive financial planning processes, capital budget decisions and develop financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis
Monitor financial/accounting procedural compliance by subordinates and employees in order to ensure that all systems are adhered to in support of the achievement of business objectives
Evaluate business proposals with the complete analysis of economic impact on business
Verify documents for completeness and compliance with government's and private agencies' rules and regulations
Ensure that financial transactions and events are recorded, classified and summarized in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated and non-consolidated financial statement analytics and ensures their accuracy and competences
• Participate in special projects and prepare ad hoc analysis, as requested
• Assist in maintaining policies and procedures by identifying and implementing best practeces to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial
reporting
• Plan and execute the monthly consolidation process, as well as ensuring all elimination entries are properly processed
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements including consolidated balance sheet, income statement, statement of shareholders’ equity
and cash flows
• Follow-up on business needs in JDE system and liaising those needs through cases creation and follow-up with the IT-Department
• Preparation of the Data from JDE system to be imported to Hyperion System
• Controlling the accuracy of the data imported, and creating rules and workflow for the data importation
• Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
• Providing support to local accounting departments, remotely and domestically
Learned the major tasks and work performed in different departments of the bank, from customer relations to customer services. Got familiar with all cashier operations, loans and interest rates, kinds of accounts. Worked full time, under the rules and regulations of the bank.
