Act as first point of contact for all reservations queries raised by the customer via telephone, email, internet or fax Handle all travel reservations enquiries in a timely and professional manner Endeavor to cross and up-sell where an appropriate sales opportunity exists Overcome customer objections - thus maximizing sales opportunities Liaise with internal departments to ensure that the customers enquiry is handled within agreed timescales Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks assigned to you by your line manager.
