Appointed as Project Head ( Civil works ) to prepare tender documents, complete tendering phase, contract awarding, manage, coordinate and supervise all construction related activities at Project consisting of 80 thousands tons wheat storage facility and 2 Flour Mills of total 800 tons per 24 day Milling capacity.
Alhamdolilah in about three month time the tendering and contract awarding phase had been completed and the competitive contractor had started mobilization in September, 2018. At present the overall about 10% of total project has been completed, with contractor’s mobilization that had been almost completed with installations of 2 Tower cranes, 2 nos. Concreting batching plants, site offices and pre cast concrete panels project boundary wall.

□ Comments on pre-bid queries raised by the bidders
□ Participate in the pre bid meetings with the bidders
□ Preparation of Technical review, scrutiny and final listing of Bidders after tendering
□ Finalized the Preparation and Arrangements of Final contract documents and contract signing
□ Official handing over of site for the start of construction activities
□ Coordinated, finalized and established plans for temporary installations, offices and residential camps for staff and labors
□ Coordinated and finalized the main overall Planning schedule of Project
□ Coordinated and finalized the Financial forecasting and budget trends of Project
□ Highlighted shortcomings and commented on drawings before their vetting and approvals
□ Set the clear targets and milestones for the project completion and their close monitoring
□ Implemented and monitored the strict occupational & human safety regulations (HSE)
□ Ensuring the implementation of first class specifications and codes for the assurance of required quality of construction executions.

Grain Silos & flour Mills Project at Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia
Assigned as Resident Engineer and Site representative from Project Execution Department of SILOS & FLOUR Mills Organization, with full responsibilities to expedite and complete the ongoing badly managed and very much delayed project, at Al Ahsa.
With all praises to Allah Project consisting 80 Thousand Metric tons capacity Wheat storage silos, 600 tons per day wheat milling Flour plant, ancillary services, offices and Residential areas. The project was successfully completed, and brought in commercial production, in within two years time.

Assigned as Resident Engineer and Site representative from Project Execution Department of SILOS & FLOUR Mills Organization, with full responsibilities to manage, coordinate and supervise the all construction related activities from scratch concept to Final completion, erection, commissioning, production and handing over
With all praises to Allah the + 900 Million Saudi Riyals construction cost Project consisting 250 Thousand Metric tons capacity Wheat storage silos, 1200 tons per day wheat milling Flour plant, ancillary services, offices and Residential areas. The project is also the biggest Grains Silos & Flour Mills Project initially launched in Kingdom, it is fully completed, operational & in commercial production since August 2014 and officially inaugurated on 14 June 2015 with the hand of His Excellency Governor of Maka Region Prince Khalid Al Faisal on behalf of His Highness King Salman Responsibilities as Resident Engineer / Client Representative
